Stop The WheelFrancesco CanduraFrancesco Candura, born 1978 in Catania, Sicily, from late 2004 has been a member – for about three years - of Jennifer Gentle (on Sub Pop Records). With them, he has recorded albums and toured constantly in 3 different continents. He also collaborates with Rivulets (Bloomington, USA) in his recent tours around Europe. He has been commissioned various musical works and scores in Italy, France and the UK, for theatre and radio. But do you really want to know about this stuff? Since 2005 he’s in Stop The Wheel, with which he has extensively toured Italy and the UK, with a live BBC Manchester session under his lap. 2005, after a couple of EPs, was also the year of release of the first full-length, “Morning” (Madcap Collective), followed in 2008 by the latest album “The Preacher” (Stoutmusic/Madcap Collective).
